What sizes are available?
Four standard sizes: A4 (9.5 × 13 in), A3+ (12 × 18 in), 18 × 24 in and 24 × 36 in. Prices are shown for each size on every product. For anything else, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll quote you.
Which frame finishes can I choose?
Premium PS moulding in black, gold or brown, with a high-definition print and a protective front sheet. The finishes offered for each design and size are shown on its product page. Ready to hang, hook included.
Can I personalise a design with my own photo?
Yes. Upload a photo, then crop and position it, add names, dates or a message where the design allows, and choose the size and frame. The live preview is exactly what we print.
How does Visualise work?
Take a photo of your wall with your phone or upload one — or use one of our rooms — then choose an artwork, size and frame and place it to scale. It’s a photo preview to help you decide, not live AR.
What are the production and delivery timelines?
Every piece is made to order: 1–2 business days to craft and quality-check, then 5–7 business days in transit. Delivery is free to every pincode we serve in India.
What is the return or refund policy?
Every piece is made for one customer, so we can’t accept returns or refunds for a change of mind. For damaged or incorrect orders, see our Refund and Replacement policies.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay — UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. We never see or store your card details.
